These Terms apply to the Quartz website, downloads, licenses, and Mac apps including Tuck and Facet. By using our website or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or products.
Products and licenses
Quartz products are licensed, not sold. A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the product according to the product page, license terms shown at checkout, and any documentation included with the app.
- You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or redistribute paid Quartz software unless allowed by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your Mac, operating system, and app versions compatible and secure.
- Some products may be free, paid once, or offered with optional paid upgrades. Product pages will state the current pricing model.
Purchases
Payments may be handled by third-party payment providers or merchants of record. Their checkout, taxes, payment methods, fraud checks, and account systems may be governed by their own terms. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website or products, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, distribute malware, violate applicable law, or use Quartz products in a way that harms others.

Quartz, the Quartz website, product names, designs, code, text, and visual assets are owned by Quartz or its licensors. Apple, Mac, macOS, and related marks are trademarks of Apple Inc. Quartz is independent and not affiliated with Apple Inc.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, or discontinue features as macOS changes or as products evolve. We aim to keep paid products useful and maintained, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every future operating system version.
Warranty disclaimer
Quartz products and websites are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quartz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the website or products.
