30-day refund window
If a paid Quartz app does not work as expected on your Mac, or if you purchased the wrong product by mistake, contact us within 30 days of purchase at hello@quartz.ink. We will review the request and, when eligible, issue a refund through the original payment provider.
Eligible cases
- The app has a reproducible technical issue that prevents normal use and we cannot reasonably fix it.
- The purchase was accidental or duplicated.
- The app was clearly incompatible with your Mac or macOS version and that was not obvious before purchase.
- Local consumer law gives you additional refund rights.
Cases that may not be refundable
- Requests made after the 30-day window, unless required by law.
- Refund requests after extensive use where the product works as described.
- Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or repeated refund requests.
How to request a refund
Email hello@quartz.ink with your order email, product name, approximate purchase date, and a short description of the issue. If payment was processed by a merchant of record such as Lemon Squeezy, the refund may be completed by that provider and may take several business days to appear on your statement.
Support first
We would like to fix the issue whenever possible. If you report a bug, we may ask for your macOS version, app version, and a description of the steps that triggered the problem. We will not ask for private file contents or unrelated personal data.
